  • Let's just say the customer service is not about customer service. I downloaded a coupon for a free game and then the cashier tells me it must be printed and there was nothing on the coupon about "printing required". Most places today have the ability to sack your smartphones. Let's hope the remainder of the adventure is better than the beginning!
