  • I am very happy and thankful for the service I've received here. I went in to get my eyes checked because it had been a few years and I needed new glasses because I broke mine. So they told me that my prescription changed just a little bit but not much. I looked around the eye glass shop and nothing really caught my fancy so I went to lens crafters and bought a pair and just had them out the lenses in based on my new prescription. When I put the new glasses on I seriously just felt dizzy and wanted to throw up, and was convinced either they made them wrong or the doctor messed my prescription up. I called Tempe eye care back and told them my dilemma, and even though I had purchased the glasses somewhere else they told me, without hesitation to come in and we can make sure lens crafters made the glasses right. They double checked everything and the lenses were exactly to their prescription, so they suggested the doctor to see me again just to double check. Long story short, Dr. Mancha re did her tests and compared my old prescription to my new one she had given me (without me knowing it) and it was evident that the new one was definitely correct and better. She said I just wasn't used to wearing glasses (which I'm not) and just said to wear them at night when I drive and it'll take some getting used to. Didn't charge me a dime for the second visit. I'm very happy and know for sure these guys have your general best interest. Thank you!
