  • They ruined a garment I had cleaned. They refuse to compensate one penny of the cost, claiming they are not responsible. The owner is also not a person of good moral character (past run-ins with people, etc). If it means the owner makes money, he is very nice. Otherwise a big O in customer service, care, etc. Loves shirking responsibility.
