rev:text	Generally, my experience with Healing Hearts has been good. The doctors are fantastic. When we were looking for a pediatrician, my OB recommended Dr McKenna but Dr Wilcock was on call the night my son was born. And we really liked Dr Wilcock so we have scheduled all of his well-check visits with her. We have also seen Dr Romero and Dr Oliden in the Gilbert office. Both great doctors as well. I have also had a good experience with the triage nurse Lisa. Being a new mom, there are times when I need quick medical advice so I will call and leave a voicemail with specific concern. She has always returned calls promptly (during regular office hours) and either has advice for me or can get us scheduled to see a doctor. Same day appointments have never been an issue for me...but my son hasn't needed them too frequently. My only complaint is the waiting area and the waiting times. One day we had a 30minute wait in the waiting area before a well-check. Then once we got called back to the exam room another 20min passed before we saw the doctor. To me that is way too long for a 15 month old. I figured they were having an "off" day because I never had a problem like this before. But a few days after this appointment my son was showing symptoms of HFMD, so I made an appointment to have him check out. We were in the waiting room for an HOUR before we got called back to the exam room. I am not sure what is going on lately...perhaps overscheduling? All in all, the doctors are great but I think the office could improve on time management to make sure they meet their scheduled appointments with minimal wait times.
