After staying here for part of the Memorial Day weekend (due to us leaving early ) . We were disrespected and denied entry to the pool because of "dress code", although we complied with they're request and my boyfriend was told by an employee his attire "was appropriate" , Another employee later told us his attire wasn't appropriate. I didn't see where cotton shorts were not accepted when they allowed other customers who were not guests into the pool with cargo and denim pants. After pointing it out he wanted to call security and said," I don't want to deal with this im calling security" (I'm sure you don't want to deal with it because it's obvious you didnt want us to attend even after we arranged buying bottle service on top of us being guests of the hotel)!! I'm a very fair customer and follow policy, but how dare you be condescending, rude , and discriminated against! If you wanted us to change our clothes that's fine, but don't have the same rules for everyone!! We thought this hotel was the best choice, it turned out to be an emotional and mental draining experience. We were embarrassed as everyone watched the whole ordeal. I don't Not! I repeat DO NOT recommend this hotel! And if you ever have any type of issue don't bother asking for the general manager he won't show. And the "manager" Sean clearly doesn't know how to accommodate his customers and fix his staffs mistakes! I've read other reviews and he's exactly how everyone describes him nice but doesn't like confrontation! Brushes everything under the rug without proper compensation
