  • Came here today because I returned for an alignment that had an issue with both boots. They tied strapped the boots and now they ripped. I went there and the lady agent was not listening to me and she was being very condescending. I understand her stands but at the same time I was not rude or mean, I was respectful and she kept defending the previous service without acknowledging or handling it a professional matter. If This is the attitude of the front receptionist, this place will never make it through. I always walk in there and it's dead. Words of advice, be willing to pay good money for services here, they are always happy to take your money. Just hope that nothing gets broken or plan to have an argument and a degrading debate vs them wanting to look more into the issue. They sent me away. She promised I would get a phone call and I'm still waiting. The car wasn't even taken in for further inspection. The receptions went under the car to inspect it and then asked to to lay down with her to see something. Shaking my head. I hope this review helps management know about real life situations happening at the shop.
