  • Certain things were good but only mediocre at most. I was here five days before and after New Years. It's pretty obvious they do not treat their employees well and it comes through no matter how hard "they" try. I won't even go into the broken elevator fiasco here, which was the same for my October visit. Second rate hotel all the way. Run down. Old broken-spirited employees, failing restaurant venues.
