Worst customer service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant!
Drive through took 10 minutes, when the food came out I only received 2 dipping sauces for two 10 piece chicken McNugget meals. I asked the girl In the drive thru for a couple more and she looked puzzled, took my bag and went to get the manager to help me.
As I sat in front of the drive thru window with 6 cars behind me the manager stood on the other side of the window and had a 4 min talk with her meanwhile my food sat there getting cold....
The manager (Robert) finally opened the window, looked me straight in the face to tell me that dipping sauces weren't free, meals only come with two and they are $0.50 each for extras. I just spent almost $20 for food at McDonald's and they now have a limit on dipping sauces that come with the meals? I must have looked as shocked as the girl working there needing a managers approval to give me two extra sauces!!!
Shocked and now mad, I told Robert that I didnt want him to lose any money by giving me those two extra sauces (must cost them at least $0.10 total) so I simply asked for a refund as I handed him the food back. Robert went to a different register and a few minutes later returned with my refund. He explained to me that the store policy is not to give more than two sauces without charging. I asked if those two $0.05 sauces were worth giving me a refund (losing the money on the sale), throwing away the food and not to mention making me an upset customer.. His reply was "have a nice day sir" as he shut the window....
It's truly sad to have an industry that demands $15 an hour when they couldn't care less about the owners investment, making a profit and keeping customers happy!!
This guy is a weak link as far as management goes and will end up running this store into the ground because he simply has no idea of what he is doing!!
