So far I really like this program. I can think of several key positive traits of this type of gym vs a regular gym
Pros - I like how the class sizes are small so their trainers are able to pay more attention to you ensuring that the exercises are being done correctly. I have had several injuries lately that knocked me out of the gym for over a year, this program gives me the ability to start training again with modifications to help build strength and cardio back up.
Basically you can do 30 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes of strength training, or you can do 60 min or either/or.
Another positive is Boxing on Wednesdays. The trainers/instructors are very personable. Now the cost vs. a traditional gym is higher, however the benefits outlined above I believe are worth the cost.
In conclusion, if your looking for a program to get you to that next level and traditional gyms, are not your thing, I would give Powerhour 360 a try.
