  • Is Salena still managing this place? She had me sign paper work, gave me a great deal on a deposit and discounted my first month's rent by 50%. Sounds great, right? WRONG. Once I moved in, she emails me and says I have to pay the full month's rent. Meaning that $400 discount she offered me to get me to sign the lease and move in, was a bait and switch method. When confronting her about it she just said "people make mistakes". Like, yeah, I made the mistake by trusting you. Be careful if she is still managing this spot. She was always sleeping in the office and dodging residents. It was a nightmare. She worked for MEB, so if she is elsewhere now, look out.
