I love LUSH products, but the shopping experience is hit or miss.
There are a few sales associates that I absolutely love and look forward to seeing when I go in. Others are very pushy about sales (to the point of outright shaming you or begging you to reconsider if you don't buy a product). Sorry, but I'm a regular customer. I'm not going to spend $200 every time I come in. Sometimes I just need to replace a product that I've run out of, which is perfectly reasonable.
I'm going to get the name of my favorite girl so that I can update my review and leave her excellent feedback for her great customer service.
