  • I booked a stay for my dog from Sunday to Friday, the only problem is no one told me they aren't open until 4 pm Sunday. So we have a 12 hour road trip ahead of us and no one is answering the phone. I left a message last night, and there should be staff there feeding and relieving the animals at this point in the day. If they would have let me know that I would have dropped her off last night. They need a website with hours posted, and better communication.
