rev:text	Horrible experience!! The Customer service does not exist. HORRENDOUS at best. The general manager Regina Cash is consistently unprofessional. I believe in SPG. I am a loyal platinum member. However, this property is not a true representation of the Starwood program. When you go to Charlotte seek a Hilton this one and only time or take the chance of being throughly disappointed!!
