  • I've know Randy,One of the Dr. Here. For years. He knew my pig that I had for 15 years. He also knew that due to him being 200 pounds but he did not travel and I've always gotten house calls for him. So when I had to make the very hard choice of putting him down, I really thought Randy would handle this with compassionate care. However the very opposite happened. I made more than 10 calls to his office telling them my buddy was suffering terrible but they just kept putting me off. After 48 excruciating painful hours for my friend of 15 years, I called again at 6 AM after calling all night and the day before he finally said he would come at 11 AM mind you by this time he was just about dead just suffering terribly. He ended up passing on his own and they told me they would not come and get his body. after taking my pets there for 15 years I've decided to change Vets for my new friends. I am well aware of the doctors busy schedule and don't expect to be at the top of the list but after knowing this pet for 15 years and knowing how he was suffering I did expect they would make it a priority to come and put him down which would've taken all of 15 minutes. Because of their lack of care I was delta the most horrifying 48 hours with my loyal pet 15 years. I am not easily offended, but I'm very offended, I was hurt and felt very very unimportant. I will never go back
