  • I have been going to this Scottsdale location for years. First with Kara Gooding many years ago, then with Machinau and also Jessica, a great PA. My complaint is as follows and I want to quit seeing them for this reason: The 2 receptionists at the front constantly have loud "personal conversations" for the whole waiting room to hear. They think it's cute. The reason it's not so cute is that they were not processing my ID and insurance card when I gave it to the receptionist. It was time for my appt, and she was kicking back in her chair talking to the other receptionist about the game. On and on, I waited and waited, getting pissed off by the minute. After a few minutes I stood up and said, "Are you done with my cards yet?" She was snippy and responded, "I'll let you know when I'm done". She still did not work on processing my paperwork. She continued talking and laughing with the other receptionist. There were other patients in the waiting room, and I'm thinking...some of these patients could be waiting for their pathology report results to see if they have melanoma or another skin cancer, and these bimbos are talking and laughing, twirling their hair, kicking back in their chairs. Where is the professionalism? I will not be returning because of the unprofessionalism of the office staff. It's pretty sad that the doctors and other staff allow this to go on. This has been going on for years with these 2 receptionists. However, the doctors are good, if you can stomach the rude snippy receptionists. I'm not going back, however.
