  • If you want plain, fried chicken strips, you gotta try this place. I have to imagine that location is the only thing that has people convinced that raising cane is the best bang for their buck. The breading here reminds me of what you find on katsu, just a light amount of panko crumbs. The chicken to breading ratio is the best I've found outside of a sit down restaurant. And the sides are great. The mac and cheese is super popular and if you like mac and cheese, I'm sure you'll like theirs. If you want fries, they'll give you way more fries than one person should consume. And the fries walk the line between crispy outside and soft inside. The grilled veggies are actually better than a lot of the veggies you'd get at a sit down restaurant. I haven't tried all the sauces but I tend to get honey mustard every time. Don't over think it with the sauces. Get what you know you like. The tenders are the star here. Overall, there's a lot of sit down restaurants with good chicken tenders. If I were to make a best chicken tenders of las Vegas list, it would probably include a lot of dive bars and single $ restaurants because, chicken-wise, you'd likely get more bang for your buck there. But if you're in a hurry and in the mood. Get ya self some strip n dip.
