After HOPO & Spicy Mafia, this location is now home to Dagu Rice Noodle (though all with a similar soup theme). "Crossing the bridge" noodles are quite the trend these days, and the piping hot soup is perfect for this chilly weather.
I got the Tomato Soup Crossing Bridge Noodles which comes with beef slices (the pork soup & spicy soup comes with pork). The tomato soup has a very strong tomato flavor, kind of like Campbell's. The 'toppings' are the standard - corn, fish tofu, wood ear, etc. - don't care too much for those as I don't eat most of them. There is also the option to have the signature/standard noodles which has pretty much the same ingredients already in the bowl instead of a separate platter.
Seating is spacious and comfortable despite it being a small restaurant.
