Yeah for now only 3 stars and that's because I came upon this place by chance and it was closed. Never mind that I was walking by it at 4:30am( I thought Vegas is open 24/7?) Anyways, the old red neon lights on the side entrance to the bar and the patio really intrigued me... a liquor store conjoined to an operating bar with a patio on one property? Absolutely BRILLIANT !
I was crushed that at these late night vampire hours the place was closed so I bookmarked it for another visit. I did manage to grab a few cool photos of me under the cool ass neon lights and the front patio along Fremont street.
For those that have never seen Atomic Liquors it's located on East Fremont a few blocks away from the madness & chaos of the Fremont Experience. It's stately neighbors are the El Cortez Casino and the Container park. There's also a cool looking abandoned motel across the street . I like old Vegas. It was very cerebral walking these streets in an old part of town during the vampire hours !
