| - Yeah, sure, they were great to us when we came to order the wedding gown, kind words and champagne. March 12, of 2017. What could go wrong a year ahead of time?
We made the mistake of paying in full, and they "ghosted" us. No communication, returned messages, or calls.
Wrong wedding gown wrong veil, wrong belt. A nightmare to deal with. The gown was missing an entire layer of sequined fabric. The belt given us was Yellow Gold, not Rose Gold. The veil provided was a short top of the shoulder veil, when the order was for fingertip length with sparkle crystals along the bottom edge.
The owner straight lied to me, about when the gown was taken to alterations. Alterations verified it had been dropped off 10 min prior to my calling to inquire about it. No apology and no resolution offered for the difficulty.
I had to pay extra for alterations ($300 cash) to de construct and reconstruct the gown with the proper layer of sequined fabric. I had to pay extra for the fabric and extra to have it shipped DHL across the country. ($100)
The dress has been completed, last week- no help from Pearl Bridal.
Pearl Bridal reps were unapologetic and quite casual knowing my daughter was absolutely distraught over this.
We started the dress process last year, March 12, 2017. DO not fall for their "deal". These are just "some" of the details to this disaster.
Zero for getting the order right in the first place, zero for assistance, zero accountability/honesty. Zero customer service.
