What I liked:
- Good customer service both through phone and in counter.
- We had received a good car, even though the first one (Kia) wasn't that quite safe because the gas/acceleration was 2 to 3 seconds delayed when you stepped on it, especially in Toronto highways.
- They didn't force us to apply for an insurance because I have explained to them that we brought our own and it is transferable.
- Clean and odourless car.
- We initially requested for a Hyundai compact car, but it was fine because we're pretty flexible and had probably a better one which is the Chevy Cruze.
What I didn't like/hate:
- I've tried to contact the Toronto Pearson Int'l branch for a thousandth times, but never answered the phone. Waited to pick up the phone for almost an hour but they never did.
- The information that was provided to us by the associate was insufficient/unreliable. We almost paid for a penalty for leaving the keys inside the car after the reservation date on June 20th. We were just instructed to leave the keys inside of the car but we didnt know that it should be dropped in the proper place.
