| - Just horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I didn't have a choice about who to deal with because this is the company used by my home warranty, but believe me - they will be hearing from me next.
August 30 - Emerald Pools comes out to check a leak. Opens up heater, leaves unit open and wires exposed and doesn't call me to tell me what's wrong. I call them back around 5:30 and their voicemail informs me that their offices are open from 9am-5pm. I leave a message.
September 1 - Nobody has called so I call back (during office hours!). Donna advises me that something something manifold, they have to order a part, they will be in touch - but the part could take a week OR a month to arrive , they have no idea. Okay.
September 7 - No word, I call and leave a message asking for an update. No one answers the phone at 4:15. Call not returned.
September 11 - I call again and leave a message requesting and update. I receive a terse voicemail back from Donna informing me that I am "on the schedule" for Wednesday the 13th.
September 13 - I come home and no work has been done, everything is out exactly the way it was left on August 30. I call the office around 4:30 and no one is answering the phone. Leave a voicemail.
September 14 - Call the office around 10am after no returned call. Donna immediately hands me over to Lauren (?) who claims to be a supervisor. Lauren explains that the wrong part was sent and will be arriving today, and I am "definitely assuredly on the schedule for Friday." I tell Lauren about the poor communication and she apologizes profusely, agreeing that it could be much better. She ends the call by promising service on Friday.
September 15 - I come home from work and I bet you can guess... NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. I call the office at 3:58 and no one is answering the phone (again). Leave a voicemail (again).
September 18 - Call Emerald Pools around 10am, give my name and mention that I've left a voicemail as of Friday. Donna LAUGHS and says "Oh, I haven't even gotten to the voicemails yet." I'm glad she thinks it's funny, I certainly don't at this point. After taking my information she assures me that the repair man is "en route." We'll see when I get home. Donna also informs me that the reason I can't get through to anyone after four is because they close the office at four, despite the after hours recording that says normal business hours are 9am-5pm. I know, it's crazy to expect people to answer the phone during hours they themselves have advertised.
This company flat does not care and has zero respect for your time.
