  • I always come here to see Hai. Overall the service is pretty good everyone is Very friendly. Out of the 3 years I have been coming here, this was the only time I didn't like my nail technician. My normal guy, Hai was off so I had 2 different girls do my nails. The lady who did my pedicure and massage was great but I didn't have a chance to get her name. However the other lady, CICI, who did my gel manicure wasn't. She already looked bothered when I was handed to her after my pedicure. She did an okay job on shaping my nails but didn't use any cuticle cream before she started pushing it back. I always look forward to the massages (who doesn't?) And the massage was HORRIBLE. She squirt a little bit of lotion and rubbed it in for 5 seconds, at the most. My cat gives better massages. She seemed like she was rushing so she could go back to watching her iPad. I would rate her 2 stars but since everyone else is great in there, I gave a 4
