  • This place is a bait & switch scam! Stay far away! Went in for simple root touch up. Simple!!! No such procedure exists at this rathole. They must teach arrogance there. It says on the website $32 for a phase II person to color your hair. It was 32 minutes until my student presented me with a price, which was $44. I ask why isn't it $32 like on the website??? She says, "Well it's $32 for the first bowl but IF I need another one, the 2nd will cost $12." So I say why would you need another bowl, it's a simple root cover up, it's not like I have long hair and you don't know how much color you might need. She says, "Well you just never know how much, it might be $32, but it might be $44. I smell SCAM! Even though it's only $12, it's the WAY in which it was presented. My instincts were screaming scam and bad situation. So I flat out told her it was a bait & switch scam, and as I put my coat on and gathered my purse, she said very arrogant and sarcastic, "Oh! Have a nice day!" Nobody needs to be treated this way by some teenage student. I left and called the manager and she agreed with the student. Stay far away.
