| - I previously wrote a raving review about my favorite restaurant in the world, Chada Thai & Wine, but I lost my account and I believe it was deleted (such a shame because it was quite informative AND witty). Anyway, I digress, back to the raving review!
I have been dining at Chada triweekly at minimum for the past 4 years. I seriously cannot get enough of this place! I made a major mistake and recently moved quite far so it's a bit of a commute, but honestly, it's so worth it every time. Chada is perfectly executed and authentic and everything is prepared to order so you can modify a dish if you like. I am both vegan and gluten free and have been able to enjoy almost every dish with tofu in place of meat and sans fish sauce, oyster sauce, and regular soy sauce. I highly recommend both the larb and pla nua tod. Both dishes are amazing and all omnivores I have shared with have raved about them too!
I would also like to note that the staff is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They are very helpful when inquiring about the ingredients or the flavor profile of a dish. Definitely check out Chada if you're a fan of Thai food. Of course, if you're a fan of wine, they're great for that too (I rarely drink so I am not the one to comment extensively). Last but not least, make a reservation if possible; they fill up quickly and can't always accommodate walk-ins.
