  • I honestly wish they had an option for no stars, because they don't even deserve one. I have had NOTHING but issues with these places from the first time I went to them. I've gone in for a simple oil change, only for it to take 2-3 hours. That is not even my biggest issue though. Went in for a break job, only to be ripped off and taken advantage of and charged over $600 for breaks. (yeah, I'm an idiot there, but when you move to a new place it's hard to find someone trustworthy and you go with a well-known name) So these $600 brakes start crunching and acting up shortly after being replaced. Take it back, they "replace the brakes" only to have it do the same thing a short time after. Then I was accused of "overheating" my brakes, but couldn't even get an explanation on how one "overheats" breaks. they supposedly replaced this set too, only to yes, you guessed right, have the breaks act up yet again after supposedly being replaced with "top of the line" brakes. Shortly after, my car starts with the crunching again. These people were not only rude, but tried everything to make us feel like it was our fault this was happening. We went through 3-4 different locations trying to solve this problem, and have had an issue with every single one. All we've been asking is that our brakes be replaced and fixed properly, and not get screwed over. We paid over $600 hard earned dollars to be screwed. Calling corporate gets you nowhere, because Shane seems to think he's the top of the top and even tells you to " go ahead and call he's not worried about it" then when you ask for someone above them, you get told there is noone, and it's impossible to find a corporate number, since they just have goodyears name slapped on their buildings, they aren't actually goodyear. (learned that from calling goodyear corporate) Honestly it's been nothing but a headache and run around with these people, and guess what. I just went less than a week ago to have brakes replaced for the 4th or 5th time in a year and less than a week later, they're crunching again! BRAND NEW BRAKES FULLY REPLACED! crunching! let's see if we get this solved, if not, i will definitely be getting lawyers involved because not only are these people rude, dishonest, and not helpful at all, they're ripping people off . OH yeah, i'll make sure to bring up the filter you charged $40 for that you DID NOT replace. You guys are a bunch of dishonest crooks. And in response to your comment below, First and foremost, we were told a different number by someone else, and it's not about how many miles were put on the brakes. It's about the fact that the brakes have been nothing but an issue since they were replaced the FIRST time. We've brought the car back in numerous times, as well as called numerous times about the issues. We can say the air filter was not replaced because when we brought it in to get replaced, you said you replaced it, we then brought it somewhere closer to our house for something else a couple days after and they informed us that the filter was in fact NOT changed. We called about this, but I'm sure it's not noted like a bunch of other things. Also pretty sure someone spoke to Shane, but as far as Sean making several phone calls, that's not true. Maybe the ONE call when he told us and agreed to one thing and then immediately called the shop and told them not to do it. You seem to have no concern for the BS we have gone through from JUMP with you people, THAT is the issue. You are seriously lacking in your customer service skills, as well as your communication within your company.
