Food: I ordered a baked cheese tart and a match double fromage cheesecake. The food was able to meet my expectation. Tart - Creamy filling and crispy tart shell. I cannot finish one by myself because it is huge! Double fromage cheese - worth a try, good texture. The top layer taste like mousse cake, smooth and creamy. Just the right sweetness. Bottom layer made with Japanese cheese cake, a bit spongy.
Packaging: Cute! the double formage cheese cake came with a wood made circular box.
Service?below expectation. When I first line up and order the cheese tart, the cashier told me "it is going to be 30 min wait" because they are baking a batch. Since I was in line for 20 minute already I asked if i could pay first, walk around and come back later. ( I paid for 1 hr parking and I do not want to stand there to waste my time). She said yes, so I paid in full and inquire if they could give me a call after 30 min when it is ready, and I will run back to get it. Cashier said no, just come back after 30 minute and LINE UP AGAIN, and show them my debit receipt (the debit/credit card receipt will not show the items you paid for, so I am a bit concern). So customers who get there early and paid first do not have any advantages, and you have to line up twice because they do not have enough cheese tart available. Perhaps, they should make a sign when a product is not available, so people will not line up for it?
Price: Cheese tart - reasonable price point since it is huge. Double formage cake - 4.5 inches (smaller the my hand when all my fingers stretch out). This is a bit overpriced. It is worth to try once!
