  • I really wanted to like this place. Fusions is convenient, rather affordable, and the staff is friendly. Now, I can only speak for the shellac nail service; I'm hoping their hair services are better than what I have experienced. To better explain, my friend and I wanted to get a shellac manicure because we were impressed with our pedicures. Upon leaving, we made an appointment for a gel mani the following weekend. Within one week, more like five days, after getting our shellac manicures, nearly every nail had chipped or had an air bubble between the nail and layer of polish. Since I was told it should last 13 days, I politely called for a repair. The nail tech was professional about this inconvenience, and agreed repaired my the damaged nails for no cost. I appreciated that. However, within five days of the repair, the same thing happened. More chipping and air bubbles. What a bummer! It's also important to mention that the same thing happened to my friend within a similar time frame. My gut tells me third time is not a charm. Overall, I would strongly not recommend Fusions for gel/shellac manicures. Although the employees were kind, their gel services are insufficient.
