  • This Ashley's store is the absolute worst when it comes to delivery. They had a FOUR HOUR WINDOW to show up and didn't show up on time. I had to call them to figure out why they weren't there yet. They never bothered to call me to let me know they wouldn't make it. Just let me know they still had ANOTHER delivery to do before my own and couldn't give me a time frame for when they would arrive. Horrible horrible service! Also would not refund me for the delivery issues. Still working on the process of getting my refund for the delivery. Only purchase furniture here if you don't plan on using their delivery services.
