  • Richard, the manager who was working on 10-10-2015 was very unprofessional. Rude and refused to honor a warranty. My mechanic has spent thousands of dollars at the store. Shop is in Pineville and has shopped at that store since it first opened. Only after we took old part on truck to verify #s and threat to call corporate did he comply, with an attitude.
