  • I went in on Sunday around 10:15 am to get gel mani & deluxe pedicure. The lady doing Deluxe pedicure was finished in 16 minutes flat, I asked her to re-do my polish on big toes because she rushed & it was very messy. I have no clue why she was speed racing thru my pedicure because there was only one other person in shop & someone else was doing her nails. Now on to the gel manicure. Allen did my nails, I chose a basic purple/pinkish color with one glitter accent nail, simple. By 6:00pm that night I had 2 nails with chipped gel polish!!! I called the shop to complain but they were already closed. By the next morning 3 more nails had polish chipping off!!! I was horrified I had just spent my money for this crisply nail job. I got in touch with Allen on Mon & of course he says come in to fix. That sounded good until I got there after work & he pulls out the polish & literally was going to just polish over the chips in nails & put back under lamp, I stopped him & said that is not going to work, they will chip even faster, he started getting aggressive grabbing my hand to drill polish off saying "he got it & he knows what he's doing". We got into a slight argument because I'm trying to ask him what is he going to do different because obviously what he did the 1st time didn't. Long story short he drilled (not soaked) polish off of 5 chipped nails, quickly re-polished nails & guess what?!?!? By Wed (not 48 hrs later) 3 more nails have chips. I will call today to demand refund, I'm sure they will do the right thing & make this right ;) I'll hold my breathe. Thank you Allen for worst quality gel manicure ever!!!
