  • Horrible customer service! I was coming here all the time because I work in the same Atrium building so a few times a week was normal for me. I didn't come in for a couple months because I was on a meal plan but now that I'm off, I came back today. I had NO IDEA that they changed their rules about giving an extra dollar off because you bring back the bottle. I had saved 8 bottles. I asked to speak with a manager to see if he could please honor the bottle return (8 bottles is a lot!); the manager said even though they were honoring this at one point he wouldn't for me. I left them with the bottles and walked out not ordering anything. Thank you for ruining one of my favorite places.
