  • I went to buy a friend's baby a Christmas gift. Service was non existent, nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. When I was checking out, I saw they were wrapping gifts. I asked if they could wrap mine and the clerk seemed put out but said she would and it would take about 20 minuets. I said that was fine and that I would shop some of the other stores in the shopping center. Mind you there were at least four people working and hardly any customers in the store. When I came back about 30 minutes later it still wasn't wrapped. She said she had put the gift in a box and mine would be next. I was never asked what kind of paper I would like and there were multiple choices. When I received it, I almost laughed out loud. It was absolutely the worst wrapping job I have ever seen. A three-year-old could have done better. I would have been absolutely embarrassed to give my friend this gift. I had to come home and rewrap it. Good service is free people and it is Christmas!!!!
