rev:text	My friend sent me baked goods asking me to be her bridesmaid. I received a call from my apartment complex that the box sent to me had been opened. I arrive home and the contents are gone and replaced is a used book on marriage. I contacted FedEx and they couldn't help. I contacted Melissa (owner of The Baked Equation) and she was willing to help me. Melissa went above and beyond what she needed to do. She offered to send me the cookies free and I paid for shipping and handling. I decided to order Salted Butterscotch Cookies also. The packaged arrived at my work and the presentation looked exactly what is on the website. I haven't ate the bridesmaid cookies, they are too cute to eat. I opened the butterscotch cookie package and the aroma of butterscotch was very apparent and I could not wait to taste. It's true to the title, sweet and salty!! Kudos to Melissa for her awesome customer service!! I will definitely be buying again from her company and recommend to my friend's.
