This company has not even delivered our couch yet and we are already unhappy. We originally got an email staying that estimated delivery date was this past Monday from 9am-9pm... So we stayed home ALL day without receiving our couch.... The company called us on Tuesday morning to schedule a delivery date and we missed their call and attempted to call them NUMEROUS times as well as left a couple of voicemails without response throughout the rest of the day. I then attempted to call them this morning and of course was not able to talk to any reps because they were, "away from their desk", so I left a voicemail requesting a call back as we just moved across the country into a new house without seating, besides the lovely lawn chairs in our living room... After attempting to call them again, the phone continued to a ring until that dreaded VM message started. What frustration!! I placed my order through ikea and was intending on ordering more items from them, but I certainly do not want to deal with this delivery company in the future. Thanks a lot Capitol North American for being the reason my Ikea experience was ruined.
