This was a quick visit. The place was busy. One person working keeping pace with everyone. Was very nice and helpful with what I needed. I was wrestling with the Canadian currency and he kindly assisted me with figuring it out. His attitude was great - I gladly tipped him $5 USA on a six dollar(cd) order. The look on his face was priceless.
It was very busy and his customer service was on point. The cappuccino he nailed it with a thick milky frost to top it off and a nice slightly warmed chocolate pastry was the perfect compliment- fluffy, flaky shell crust that melted in my mouth. The chocolate was rich but so sweet that it supdued the bitterness of the cappuccino perfectly.
The place has a big reputation as being top notch. It came highly recommended by the hotel. After tasting the pastry I had, I can easily see how they earned their reputation.
