  • DO NOT GO TO RAUL AKA DR BLONDE AT ENVOGUE SALON! HE BURNT MY SCALP WITH BLEACH! I understand people make mistakes, but when you make mistakes you should own up and apologize in a professional manner. I advised Raul that my scalp was burnt, he said I have a sensitive scalp and I should put tea tree oil on it and it was not a big deal. Attached is a picture of the biggest sore and his response when I rated his service on squareup stating I was not happy and at the very least I would have expected an apology and at the very most a full refund.
