  • Buyer beware! Sold us a lemon, failed to repair multiple issues at least six times. Met with owners, completely unethical and bad business practices. Failed to report warranty work to manufacturer. Tried to intimidate us, then tried to make factory defect our fault accusing us of ridiculous issue that wasn't even logical, then inadvertently handed us email chain between them & manufacturer that verified it was a factory defect that was common with several others they sold of same model. We don't deal with unethical people so never spoke to them again after the owners meeting. Resolved lemon through manufacturer, who told us they are phasing out Lifestyle as a dealer. They have heard other issues similar to ours and don't want them representing their brand. Not sure why Lifestyle has two Yelp listings, so posting on both.
