Ugh. I went in to buy a gift card real quick and there was 4 employees inside, only 1 of which was working with a client but they told me I needed to wait.... I waited a few minutes then they asked me to sit down, I was still standing up because I figured it wouldn't be very long even though I didn't know what the hold up was since 3 employees werent doing anything....but then they asked me to sit down again!! I asked what's the hold up, and they said that they were busy... Umm no, they weren't. I just got frustrated and left... If they can't make the time to write me a gift certificate while I'm standing there holding my daughter then I don't want to send my friend here. There's a nail salon in pretty much every shopping center, so you really shouldnt have such bad customer service!
