| - This a warning and advice to anyone looking to buy a car from this dealership. We all hate going through this process buying a car and knowing how much the salesman will try to rip you off and tell you a lot of BS. I wanted to share my experience in hopes of anyone buying a car from here to know what to expect. I just bought a "certified" used Nissan Altima 2015 from Joe. The right side of the headlight looked like it was hit because it had huge cracks all over the headlight. While the left side did not. Joe said that this was due to the "ARIZONA HEAT" causing "cracks" in the headlights. Walking past rows of cars, I didn't see a single car with the same damage! I owned a car for 10 years in AZ AND NEVER ONCE HAD THIS HAPPENED! I'm sorry but I don't take myself for an idiot to believe that a 2015 car will already have a "damaged headlight" due to HEAT!. Long story short, Joe promised to get the headlight fixed as well as do paint touch ups since the car had a lot of scratches. I understand buying a used car there will be some damages, but the paint scratches looked like a huge tiger pounced on the car and decided to claw it. Joe promised that once they get the headlight in to replace it, they will also do paint touch ups. Now, I advice anyone who asks for anything to be fixed after you buy the car, please ask for everything in writing. Everything needs to be documented before you buy the car. Well, Joe closed the deal with his promises. Thankfully, he decided to be very inappropriate and got my number from the forms I filled out and texted my personal phone saying he will get everything fixed. The last text I got from him was a couple days later was asking me out for dinner and drinks because he will be on my side of town. There was never any indication I was interested in him. As well as he was way past my age and was married. Very nice. Harassment? I never responded. Another great thing is he sent my stepdad text messages promising everything we asked for to be fixed. Every detail was in writing. So here we are with proof of documented texts, from JOE, that everything will be fixed. Well, the headlight finally came in and it was fixed. Joe said he will have to reschedule for the paint touch ups and other things that were promised to be fixed for another day. Now when I called to schedule an appointment I was told by the manager named "Cassidy" that we bought the car as is and they won't do anything else because even the headlight was them going above and beyond to make us happy. I put the phone on speaker and my mom was really angry by this time due to all the BS he was saying. When my mom and I would talk about what Joe promised her and what he said to me, the manager had the audacity to say this sounds like a "domestic" issue and not an issue for him to resolve. I didn't know at dealerships the workers were also therapists? On top of that the manager yelled at me and my mom. Quoted some Arizona BS law that again, we bought as is. Very inappropriate when all we were asking for was for everything that was promised to us by JOE to be completed. Please be warned that this place will trick you and just make sure everything is documented if anything needs to be done. Again, I understand buying a used car it won't be perfect, but I even contacted my insurance and sent them pictures and they asked how could this car be certified. Anyways, the car was also never washed or detailed and there was no gas! By this time I have been at the dealership for 4 hours and just wanted to go home, so I said no worries I'll just fill it up myself NOT asking them to compensate me. I was doing them a favor or lets say to make them "happy" as Cassidy likes to use that word. I am going above their head because not only were there other words used that were unprofessional and them being dishonest but the inappropriate texts from Joe. I'm buying a car, not looking for a date. I wish everyone the best of luck. Nissans are great cars but please be sure to have someone check everything prior to you buying a used vehicle and especially if the dealership promises to fix everything after you buy the car you have a written documentation from them and not "text" messages from your seller. If you want to deal with inappropriate salesmen, managers who are unprofessional and raise their voice at you, then this is the right place. Also he wouldn't give us a number for his boss. This was an easy fix for them without making their customer upset and being argumentative with me. I will never refer anyone to this place after the way I was treated.
