  • I purchased a calf sleeve from this company to protect my calf and shin while in the ocean. I received the sleeve and it ran very small in size. I measured my calf following the directions of their size chart. I tried it when it arrived but couldn't get it over my foot. I told this to the representative and he said to return it for a refund and to buy the larger size which I did. I paid for the shipping for the return and mailed the product back. It's been well over a month and I haven't heard anything or have I received a refund. I called and spoke with their representative who told me I could not return the product because it was removed from the package and tried on. I said I went by the size chart and measured my calf and followed your directions and it was too small. I also told him I've tried on wetsuits, clothes, sandals etc like everyone else from other stores and put them back on the shelf or purchased them. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the company. They give incorrect calf sizes they want you to follow and won't refund the product.
