**UPDATE** I was very impressed with the customer service after writing this complaint. I was immediately contacted by someone from the company and an investigation was launched. I spoke with a manager and they apologized profusely for the error and offered me a $10 voucher. I am travelling again in August and will use their services for that trip to the airport. I had used them prior to my bad experience once or twice with no issue so I am willing to give them another try as everyone makes mistakes. I'll let you know how things go then!
PAST REVIEW:
I booked online, then called to confirm my reservation later on. When I called I asked what time it was coming and they said 7am. I indicated that that was the time I had to BE at the airport and should make it earlier. I was advised that it would take about 45 mins to get to the airport from where I lived so I asked to move it up to 6:15am.
I went to bed, woke up and waited downstairs for the car at 6:10am. By 6:20am I was getting a little worried so I called to ask for an ETA. Well, the reservation was changed to 6:15PM!!!!! And now they don't have any cars to take me. I'm scrambling to get to the airport on time - thank God I always give myself plenty of time to go through security.
I will NEVER use this company again.
