The first doctor we saw at VAC immediately dismissed the idea that my husband could have fibromyalgia because "it's a women's disease". It's not. We switched to a different doctor and in the beginning had a better experience. However, after continuing to see him it seems that he's just guessing. He prescribes medicines without doing specific tests. It seems like he's just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. Additionally, I am so dissatisfied with their level of customer service (assistants leaving messages after "phone hours" so we can return the call, taking all day or longer to return calls in the first place, waiting 15 minutes on hold just to leave a message for them in the first place) that I am looking for another RA doctor in the valley. I'm sure there are some people who have had a good experience with this place, but I would recommend to run fast in the opposite direction. If I find someone else I'd recommend I'll amend this review with that info.
