  • Coldwell Banker Sky Pointe Office/Cheri Sacenti and her fraudulent business practices warrants a minus rating! I decided to use the listing agent for a resale property purchase. She reassured me she would represent the seller & myself fairly. As soon as I accepted the contract her actions were transparent, she favored the seller. Long story short she was sloppy, sent paperwork with errors multiple times & did not proof read them before resending, turn her head to forged seller disclosure, and did not fill out necessary addendums. I requested another agent from her brokerage and she started act'n right for a min. She pulled the same nonsense after the home inspection. I made the decision to cancel the transaction during the due diligence period. She has refused to reply to my E-mails and text. However, I know she got them because she had to inform the sellers of my cancellation to put the home back on the market. She did this without completing a release & cancellation. She's playing games to delay my earnest $ refund. Asinine and unprofessional! Beware of this crook!
