| - LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!
I cannot believe some of the other horrible reviews that have been posted, but I would like to take some time to clear things up for everyone who wants to go here, you will NOT regret it!!!!
I have been going here for years, and I lived in Chandler, a good hour drive away just to have Tiffany do my hair. She is amazing. The other review posted on here couldn't be more false or hurtful or even untrue. I have since moved to Washington DC and the ONLY reason I have to come back to Arizona is to have Tiffany do my hair. I am 3 hours from New York City, where some of the best stylists in the United States and even the world are located and money is not an issue and I would still rather have Tiffany do my hair. She is always on time, polite, extremely friendly, I have never ever had one problem with my hair cut, my color, my extensions or anything else with her. In fact, she is the ONLY person I will ever let touch my hair. I have referred several people to her over the past several years and they all loved the job she does on their hair. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. Since I spend the majority of my very busy life in airplanes and airports, I frequently get flight attendants and passengers commenting on my hair and how great my color looks and how great my extensions look. People cannot believe that I have extensions because they look so real! Even my boyfriend forgets they are in there! I actually made an appointment to fly in tomorrow just for getting my hair done, I have no other reason to go to Arizona now since I have moved and switched jobs and my family moved a few years ago. The best thing anyone can do is to go to Arizona Hair Company and get their hair done by Tiffany.
The weekend receptionist is always extremely friendly, and strikes up conversation. A lot of stylists have been there for years and since I fly in every 4 weeks to have my hair done, all of them remember me and ask me about how things are going since I moved. They have great stylists and they are all very friendly all the time. I have never once had a bad or rude experience there. I am pretty put together and all business all the time, but I can't help being chatty with Tiffany and the rest of the staff there, because they are all so friendly! They instantly make you feel relaxed and like you are part of their family.
As for the non tinted windows, they keep the salon in there pretty cool, sometimes I freeze, but it is Arizona in the summer time, there are only 2 temperatures, hot and hotter. The salon faces towards the sun when it is setting, so much like anyone's house, it might feel a little warm, but I assure you the salon is kept at a comfortable temperature.
It sounds like some people are impossible to please and too critical. I am a very critical person, details are a part of my life, I have never once felt anyone was rude to me in this salon, I have never once felt rushed or felt un-taken care of either. And it isn't just because I have been going here for years, I have referred several people there and directly to Tiffany and my cousin forgot to tell Tiffany that she was my cousin so it has nothing to do with me and the treatment I receive because I am a loyal customer, it is how they are here. Very accommodating and welcoming and super sweet at all times. They have a great bunch of girls here as stylists, none of them are bottom of the barrel stylists or almost beauty school dropouts, they are all amazing. I have never once seen an unhappy customer leave this place, ever.
Do not believe the other horrible reviews on here, and trust me when I say go to Arizona Hair Company and go to Tiffany, you will NOT be disappointed! You will not be disappointed with any other stylist there either, because they only hire the best!
