  • Jim was great! Our water heater went out and he was able to come out the next day to install a new one. He was nice, professional and best of all, he didn't try to add on additional fees or try to upsale me. He was able to quote me on the phone with no strings attached. He was in and out within an hour and a half and now I have hot water. Support this guy! He knows what he's doing and it's always nice to support "the little guy" instead of these huge companies that just screw you over. Not to mention, he was about $300 less than what others quoted me. While I hope I won't have to deal with a broken water heater again, at least I know who I can call should I need to. Thanks Jim!
