  • Plaza Appliance is truly amazing! Chris and his brother Steve are true professionals, and if you need something fixed, call them first. Here's the story: Both my wife I work business hours, so it was hard to make arrangements for a broken dryer. A different provider missed their appointment to fix it yesterday. Wife tells me this, and through a mix-up, I called Plaza at 8 this morning because I thought they were the company she called. Talked to the owner, Chris, and he couldn't believe what he was hearing. He said he would call me back after he checked his service log. Ten minutes later, he calls me back and says it definitely wasn't them. Chris asks if I still need the dryer fixed. I said I do, but I have to be at work soon. Ten minutes after that, his brother Steve calls to say he can be there by 9:30 if I can wait until then. I called Chris back to apologize for the mix-up and thank him for going out of his way to help us. Steve shows up at 9:15, he explains what's wrong, we chat a bit while he works, and he's done by 9:45! In less than two hours, Chris and Steve fixed my problem earned my loyalty. Hard to find service like this. Don't pass them up.
