  • This salon used to be great. Last couple of months have been hit or miss. Clearly, they do not value their clients TIME. I had several incidents in past where I spoken to Amy & Mark (owners) regarding time issue. What's the point of making appointment if I have to wait 15-25 minutes to get service started?? Maybe some of your clients are willing to wait, NOT ME. 20+ nails salons running up/down Eastern Ave all with same colors. You lost your $300-400/month client for good.
