  • Rude and disrespectful does not begin to cover it. Inept, egotistical and biased. Took an amp in for simple switch repair / replacement. 29 DAYS LATER I get a call "it's ready". $1.69 for the switch, $60.00 for labor, and 28 days of screwing off and not giving a **** about it. On top of that the vinyl covering on the amp is scarred, and the visual readout window is has brush marks across it now that are etched into the surface. I am so angry. Also, the photo on this Yelp page is not one of this business. This business is around in back of a strip center in an industrial "housing". There are no windows or awnings or anything of the sort.
