  • In short, amazing customer service from the wonderful owner Sandy and his staff. Highly recommended! Slightly longer review to follow about my experience. I live in the neighbourhood and initially came here based on the 5 star Yelp reviews. I brought in a North Face parka and was told by Sandy that it was to be done in one week. I was more than a little disappointed when I arrived to pick up my winter jacket and there were chemical burns and a hole on one of the sleeves. I just invested in this jacket a couple of months back! I showed Sandy everything and he told me to give him some time to look at it. A week later he called and informed me that he was certain that my jacket was not 100% cotton like advertised and there was vinyl which caused the burns. He proceeded to contact North Face directly for them to take responsibility and informed me that if they were unwilling to accept, he would take it to a lab (on his own dime) to get it tested for fabric content; and if it was his error, he would reimburse me with a Canada Goose! Luckily North Face accepted the fabric defect and offered me a store credit towards any jacket I want within the next year. Sandy took care of the entire process and truly went above-and-beyond in customer service. All in all, a nightmarish experience of ruining my winter coat in mere months turned into a highly positive impression of this neighbourhood dry-cleaner. I will return! P.S. I also brought in a silk shirt I ruined by accidentally putting in the washer and by the time I came back, every wrinkle was removed! Good cleaning + wonderful customer care is definitely a winning combo.
