  • New management company 4th in 2 years. THIS IS NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS, lowest grade of appliances you can get, cabinets were broken when i moved in 15 months ago, still are! Security is an absolute joke! Gates open almost always. The only reason I stay here is I have loft, too expensive but no neighbors. Maintenance hit or miss, i have had repeated fridge problems , tards are too cheap to replace it, think i am up to 9 callouts for freezer locking up. Had a bee problem that shut down AC took 4 days to fix They paid for 1 night at hotel and that was only under threat of contacting AG office, manager threatened to evict me because I was pissed they would not correct the situation, hmm that's illegal. The place needs major work, my lease comes up this month, Ill probably get kicked out because I filed a complaint with AZ AG office, that would be fine result would be a nice settlement for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.
